Nydia Ione Schmidt
LITCHFIELD — Nydia Ione (Grundmeyer) (Gruendemann), Schmidt, 89, of Litchfield died Wednesday, July 10, 2019, at Meeker Manor Nursing Home, Litchfield.
Nydia was born to Arthur and Iona Grundmeyer on Dec. 30, 1929 in New Ulm.
She is survived by her present husband, Paul Schmidt, Litchfield; daughter, Nancy Putzier of Litchfield and Cindy Rehlinger of Plover WI; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday July 22, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Litchfield, with visitation at 10 a.m. prior to service.
