Nicole Marie “Nikki” (Forstner) Rodriguez
ST. JAMES – Nicole Marie “Nikki” (Forstner) Rodriguez, 39, of Saint James, formerly of Madelia, died on June 4, 2019, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester.
Visitation will be on Thursday, June 13, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Faith Lutheran Church-Madelia.
Service will be held at the Faith Lutheran Church-Madelia, on Thursday, June 13, at 11:30 a.m.
A private interment will take place at a later date.
Arrangements are with the Sturm Funeral Home, Pilgrim Chapel in Madelia, Minnesota.
Nicole Marie “Nikki” Forstner was born to Kenneth and Gina (Carey) Forstner on August 26, 1979, in Madelia.
She is survived by children, Payge Hennis, Brayden Hennis, Jordyn Rodriguez; mother, Gina Forstner; separated husband, Jeremy Rodriguez; partner, Jose Herrera; brothers, James and Jason Forstner.
