Visitation will be 9 – 11 a.m. Friday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Searles. The Christian Mother’s will pray the rosary at 4 p.m. Thursday at the Cathedral. Doris is survived by her daughter, Diane Holzerland; grandchildren, Paul and Brenda Holzerland, Mary Jo and Jeremy Hoffrogge, Stacey and Keith Robish, Lindsay Schnobrich; and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Stanley J. Schnobrich; son, Randy Schnobrich; sister, Florence C. Fleck; brothers, Albert Jr., Elmer Hacker.

Doris M. Hacker was born July 27, 1926 in Brighton Township, Nicollet County to Albert and Josephine (Hofmeister) Hacker. She was united in marriage to Stanley J. Schnobrich on April 25, 1945 at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in New Ulm. After marriage they farmed in Cottonwood Township. Doris worked at State Bond & Mortgage and Kraft Foods in New Ulm. They both retired in 1983.

Doris enjoyed bowling, feeding birds, flower gardening, and mushroom hunting. Doris was a very loving person to family and friends. She was a member of the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, C.C.W., and Catholic United. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to: St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, N.U.A.C.S., or the family.
