Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 30, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Springfield, with interment at the Springfield City Cemetery.

Visitation will be 9:30 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the church.

Arrangements are with the Sturm Funeral Home in Springfield. O

Bernice Louise Balbach was born Aug. 4, 1922 to George and Ella (Tews) Buhr at the family farm in Stately Township, Brown County.

She is survived by daughter, Barbara Johnson of Red Wing; three granddaughters and eight great-grandchildren.
