Visitation is on Friday, March 29, 5-8 p.m. and on Saturday, March 30, 10-11 a.m., prior to the 11 a.m. Christian Funeral. All events are at Eastside Lutheran Church, 2310 Independence Ln., Madison, Wis.

He was born Oct. 9, 1949, to Cornelius and Mildred Trapp in New Ulm.

He was ordained as a WELS minister on July 13, 1975.

He leaves behind his wife Carol; sons Paul, Peter and Phil; five grandchildren; a brother, John and a sister. Joan Vasold.
