Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, June 14, and on Friday from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at the Sturm Funeral Home in Springfield.

Service will be held at the Sturm Funeral Home in Springfield on Friday, June 15, at 10:30 a.m.

Interment will be at the Bethlehem Lutheran Cemetery in Clements.

Ricky Dean Ewald was born to Marlin and Vivian (Weedman) Ewald in Springfield, MN on June 17, 1960.

He is survived by his wife Deb of Clements; sister Darlene “Dee” Matson of New Prague; brother Randy Ewald of Lake Wylie, S.C.; step-son Ryan of Tea, S.D.; step-daughters Carissa Rothstein of Windom, Tiffany Carrison of Round Lake, and Brooke Spinks of Windom; and 3 step-grandchildren.
