Sherry is survived by her husband, Richard “Dick” Kuck of New Ulm; son, Troy (Jill) Kuck of New Ulm; grandchildren, Austin Kuck, Jesse Kuck, Hayley Bocock, Breanna Kuck, Aubree Kuck; sisters, Ann (James) Schilling of Wabasso, Doris Morew of Cuidad Colon, Costa Rica, Joan (Thomas) Asmus of Woodbury; brothers, Donald (Diana) Schaefer of New Ulm, Joel (Melissa) Schaefer of Cleveland; sister-in-law, Lynn Schaefer of New Ulm; nieces; and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Richard Schaefer; and a brother-in-law, Peter Morew.

Sharon Agnes Schaefer was born on June 29, 1946 in New Ulm to Donald and Theresa (Tauber) Schaefer. She graduated from New Ulm Public High School. On September 21, 1968 she was united in marriage to Richard Kuck at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Searles. Sherry worked at Madsen’s in New Ulm for three years and then at 3M in New Ulm for thirty eight years. Sherry enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, gardening, mushroom hunting, fixing puzzles, bowling, and playing softball. Sherry volunteered at the Treasure Haus, New Ulm Food Shelf, Searles Baseball Association, and for the Cookie Walk fund raiser at church. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Searles.
