Through seven surgeries and many bouts of chemo and radiation treatments, Jake never gave up, never complained and was a true fighter. Through it all, Jake remained positive and never gave up hope. Jake loved his family, and truly loved spending time with his nephews and niece and was the happiest when hanging out with his brothers and sister. He enjoyed playing video games and listening to music, going to Twins games and watching sporting events. Jake was the kindest and most gentle soul and was loved by everyone who knew him. Jake will be missed by all and will forever be in our hearts.
