Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 29, and on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at the Zion Lutheran Church in Sanborn.

Service will be held at the Zion Lutheran Church in Sanborn on Saturday at 10:30 a.m.

Arrangements are with the Sturm Funeral Home in Springfield.

Lamoine Gilbert “Mike” Leopold was born July 10, 1927 to Arthur and Emma (Pape) Leopold in Sanborn.

He is survived by his wife Marguerite; children Carol Hillesheim of Sanborn, Doug Leopold of Springfield, Don Leopold of Redwood Falls, Marilyn Dammann of Duluth, Donna Middle of Muscatine, Iowa, Gail Leopold of Redwood Falls, Tim Leopold of Galesville, Wis., and Michelle Hammill of Willmar; and 22 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
