A Private Family Memorial Service is planned at Sturm Funeral Home.

Interment will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Sleepy Eye.

Arrangements are with the Sturm Funeral Home in Sleepy Eye.

Bernard Raymond Krzmarzick was born on August 5, 1927 in Sleepy Eye, MN. The son of John F.W. & Anna (Ubel) Krzmarzick. He grew up in Sleepy Eye and attended St. Mary’s School until the Eighth grade when he was needed to help on the farm. Bernie farmed in Stark Township his entire life, even after retiring he stayed current with reading journals and seeing the crops grow and change in a front row seat. In later years, Bernie enjoyed his ATV for riding about the farm. Bernie’s dogs were always with him whether he was on a tractor with Sparky following or the 4-wheeler with Brownie by his side and Dilly leading the way. He enjoyed socializing, throwing dice and attending County Fairs, Farm Fest, tractor pulls, farmers markets, gardening, and his dogs- Brownie, Dilly and Sparky.

Bernard is survived by his brother, Norbert (Alice) of Sleepy Eye, many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Edward (Ethel), Harold (Martha) and James, sisters,

Cecelia (Joe) Haas, Luella (Linus) Haala, and Leona (Joe) Kotten.
