Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 4, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Mountville, Dryden Township, Sibley County, with interment in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday.

Elmer Heinrick George Muchow was born on April 23, 1924, in Transit Township, Sibley County, to Henry and Sophie (Trebbensee) Muchow.

Elmer is survived by his wife, Bernette (Fredin) Muchow of Gaylord; daughters, Joanne Berg of Jacksonville, Fla., and Janet Bausili of Arlington, Va.; son, David Muchow of Winthrop; 5 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.

Hantge Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
