SPRINGFIELD – Debra DeJager, 52, of Springfield, died on Oct. 9, 2016, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 15, at the Sturm Funeral Home, Springfield Chapel.
Service will be held at the Sturm Funeral Home, Springfield Chapel at 12 p.m. on Saturday.
