New Ulm Police

• Officers responded to a trespass complaint at 1722 Crestview Dr. at 6:06 p.m. March 20. The homeowner, a 53-year-old New Ulm man, who previously sent a trespass notice to a 33-year old New Ulm man, said the 33-year-old man was forbidden to enter his property. Officers cited the 33-year-old New Ulm man for trespassing. A copy of the trespass notice is on file at the police department.

Minnesota State Patrol

• Received a one-vehicle crash report with non-life threatening injuries at 10:24 a.m. March 20 on TH 19 at 280th Street, Underwood Township, Redwood County. Rolando A. Godoy, 41, Marshall, was driving a 2020 Ford F150 eastbound on TH 19, lost control on snow and ice and rolled into the ditch. He wore a seat belt but was transported to Avera Hospital, Marshall. Alcohol was not involved. CentraCare and the Redwood County Sheriff’s Office assisted.
