New Ulm Police

• Received a two-vehicle crash report without injuries at 7th N. and German St. at 10:49 a.m. Feb. 5. Joyce I. Schwint, 73, New Ulm, was driving a 2000 Chevy Malibu eastbound on 7th North when she collided with Dyla J. Rykhus, 41, New Ulm, who was driving a 2018 Nissan Maxima northbound on German St., and drove through a stop sign. Damage was moderate to serve to the front end of the Maxima and to the passenger side of the Malibu. Both drivers wore seat belts.

• Received a theft report at 8:27 p.m. Feb. 3 at Walmart, 1720 Westridge Rd. A 60-year-old Tracy man was cited for walking out of the store with $214.65 worth of items. A report was done for documentation.
