• Received a report of a vehicle mirror broken near 4th St. N. and State St. at 8:28 a.m. Jan. 29. Estimated value of the mirror was $100. A report was sent to the Brown County Attorney’s Office.
• Stopped a vehicle at TH 15 and Bridge St. S. at 10:51 p.m. Jan. 27. A 25-year-old Winthrop man was arrested for 5th-degree drug possession. A report was sent to the Brown County Attorney’s Office.
• Responded to a civil dispute at the Minnesota Music Hall of Fame at 1:42 p.m. Jan. 27 between a 55-year-old Ontario, Canada man and a 79-year-old Henderson man regarding a motorcycle allegedly belonging to Prince. A report was done for documentation.
