New Ulm Police

• Stopped a vehicle for operating without a headlight at 11;43 p.m. Dec. 4 at Garden St. N. and 1st St. N. A 19-year-old Sleepy Eye male was cited for small amount of marijuana possession.

• Received a call about a 40-year-old New Ulm woman with mental health issues on the 1400 block, German St. N. at 3:42 p.m. Dec. 4. The Brown County Sheriff’s Office stopped the woman driving a vehicle on the KC Road. She was transported to the New Ulm Medical Center for a mental health evaluation.

McLeod County Sheriff’s Office

• Responded to a property damage report on Major Ave. east of Brownton at 1:38 p.m. Dec. 3. A deputy cleared with a report.

• Assisted Brownton Police with a domestic on 5th Ave. S. in Brownton at 7:51 p.m. Dec. 3. Deputies cleared with reports.

• Assisted the Renville County Sheriff’s Office on Prior St., Stewart at 2:14 a.m. Dec. 4. Deputies cleared with reports.
