New Ulm Police
• Arrested a 38-year-old New Ulm woman at 57 Circuit Dr. at 10:30 p.m. Nov. 29 on a Brown County probation violation. She was taken to jail. A report was sent to Brown County Probation.
• Received a report from a 23-year-old New Ulm man at 11:40 a.m. Nov. 30 who said another 23-year-old New Ulm man made inappropriate gestures to him at 204 1/2 Minnesota St. N. A report was sent for review to the New Ulm City Attorney’s Office.
• Received an harassment report on 16th St. N. at 1:11 p.m. Nov. 29..A 35-year-old New Ulm woman appeared to be having mental health issues. She did not seek medical evaluation. A report was sent to Brown County Human Services.
Minnesota State Patrol
• Responded to a two-vehicle crash at 4:54 p.m. Nov. 29 on U.S. Highway 212 near 500th St., Hector Township, Renville County. Irma A. Rosales, 20, Buffalo Lake, was driving a 1997 Ford F150 westbound on Highway 212 that contacted a 2006 International semi driven by Matthew J. Arkell, 48, Lamberton, who was also westbound on 212 on snow and ice. Rosales and a passenger, Katerin E. Garciagonzalez, 20, Buffalo Lake, were transported to an Olivia hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Arkell was not injured. Everyone wore seat belts. Alcohol was not involved. The Renville County Sheriff’s Office and Hector Ambulance assisted.
