New Ulm Police

• Received a call from Pizza Ranch of suspicious activity at 8:02 p.m., June 7. Police transported a 39-year-old Watertown, S.D. man from in front of the New Ulm EconoLodge, 1927 S. Broadway to the Brown County Evaluation Center, Detox Division. Nobody was reported hurt, no damage reported. A report was done for documentation.

• Assisted a 66-year-old New Ulm woman who fell in her residence, 1319 Washington St. S. at 4:37 a.m. June 8. A report was sent to Brown County Human Services.

• Responded to a domestic call at 12:31 p.m. June 8 at 1318 Payne St. s. A 20-year-old New Ulm woman complained of pain on the right side of her face. She did not seek medical attention. A report was sent to the New Ulm City Attorney’s Office.

State Patrol

• Responded to a two-vehicle crash with non-life threatening injuries at 5:52 p.m. June 6 on TH 19 at 411th Avenue, Arlington Township, Sibley County. A 2003 Chevy Silverado driven by Nancy L. Spaeth, 59, Little Falls, was southbound on 411th Avenue when she collided with a 2008 Chrysler Town & Country driven by Kevin A. Neuman, 55, Winthrop who was westbound on TH 19. Both drivers and a passenger in the Chrysler, Angela D. Neuman, 53, Winthrop, were transported to Sibley Medical Center. The Arlington Fire Dept., Gaylord and Arlington Ambulance and the Sibley County Sheriff’s Office assisted.

Redwood County Sheriff

• Seeks the public’s help with a hit and run crash reported at 4:40 p.m. June 6 on Main Street, near 8th in Walnut Grove. The driver’s door on a Toyota Highlander owned by Neng Vue was hit by a white or light colored vehicle. Anyone with information is urged to contact the sheriff’s office at 507-637-4036.

McLeod County Sherriff

• Responded to a suspicious activity report on 3rd Street, southwest of Plato at 10:10 p.m. June 6. Tammy Torgerson, 35, Arlington, was arrested for probable cause possession of paraphernalia, driving after cancellation and 5th-degree drug possession. She was transported to the McLeod County Jail in Glencoe.
