Minnesota State Patrol

• Received a three-vehicle crash report at 11;08 a.m. Nov. 6 on U.S. Highway 212 and Dairy Avenue, Helen Township, McLeod County. A 2019 Ford Econoline driven by Adam J. Koehn, 44, Mayer, was southbound on Dairy Avenue, crossing Highway 212 when it collided with a 2019 Lexus ES 350 driven by Renata J. Guetter, 64, Wabasso. The Lexus then collided with a 2004 Freightliner driven by Matthew J. Brinkman, 22, Glencoe, who was northbound on Dairy Avenue., waiting to turn east onto Highway 212. Guetter was transported to a Glencoe hospital with non-life threatening injuries. All three drivers wore seat belts. Alcohol was not involved. Glencoe Police and the McLeod County Sheriff’s Office assisted.

Sibley County Sheriff’s Office

• Responded to a two-vehicle crash without injuries on CR 2, near 300th Street, about two miles south of Gibbon at 3:30 p.m. Nov. 3. A 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix driven by Matthew Dustin, 17, Gibbon, collided with a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado pulling two anhydrous ammonia tanks, driven by Bradley Borth, 63, Fairfax. The tanks tipped over in the crash but were empty. Gibbon Police and Fire Departments assisted.

New Ulm Police

• Received a call from a 21-year-old Granite Falls woman at Applebee’s Grill & Bar, 410 20th St. S., at 5:17 a.m. Monday. The woman said she was having a medical emergency. Police arrived and learned there was a Chippewa County arrest warrant for her, arrested her, medically cleared her and took her to jail.

Police said the woman and a 27-year-old Redwood Falls man with her were both on probation. A report was sent to the Chippewa County Probation Office and Department of Corrections Probation.
