New Ulm Police
• A fight was reported at 5:42 p.m. Thursday in the City Hall parking lot between a 14-year-old female and 15-year-old female. The 15-girl punched the 14-year-old in the face. The incident has been referred to the City Attorney’s Office.
• At 11:44 a.m. Friday, an individual at 1200 S. Washington block reported harassment incident in which an individual delivered a dead squirrel and feces to them. The police advised the complaintent on how to get a restraining order against this individual.
• A vehicle collision on at 1:47 p.m. Friday at Minnesota Street and 1st North left two vehicles disabled. A 2019 Nissan Rouge, driven by Carol Agnes Hueskamp, 90, of New Ulm was on the 100 block of North Minnesot Street and reversed in a northern direction The Nissan accidentally continued to reverse and struck a legally parked unoccupied vehicle. No injuries were reported but both vehicles sustained servere damage and both were towed.
• Received a two-vehicle crash report with non-life threatening injuries on U.S. Highway 212 and Chandler Avenue, Glencoe, McLeod County at 7:56 a.m. Friday. A 2012 Ford Focus driven by Emma C.Thompson, 21, Gaylord, was eastbound on Highway 212, attempting to turn left onto Chandler Avenue when it collided with a 2007 Chevy Silverado driven by Michael E. Stuart, 24, Andover. Thompson was transported to a Glencoe hospital. Stuart was not injured. Both drivers wore seat belts. Alcohol was not involved. Glencoe Police and the McLeod County Sheriff’s Office assisted.
