• A 51-year-old New Ulm woman will be served a no-trespass notice at Walmart Supercenter, New Ulm.
• A resident at 415 Linden St. reported the theft of an aluminum extension ladder valued at $100 from a garage sometime in the last two weeks.
• An Emerson Union apartment resident, 15 State St. N. reported the theft of mail at 1:43 p.m. Tuesday. No further information was available.

• Received a theft report of a confederate flag at 2121 Burnside St. S.W. at 8:10 a.m. Tuesday.
