New Ulm Police

• Responded to a verbal domestic incident at 1513 Payne St. N. at 5:18 p.m. Monday involving a 35-year-old New Ulm woman and a 35-year-old Blaine man who had an Anoka County warrant. Due to COVID, Anoka County would not come to get the man. He was transported to the Brown County Evaluation Center. No charges were filed. No reports were sent.

• Performed a welfare check at 1121 Washington St. S. at 2:20 p.m. Sunday. A New Ulm man was deemed safe to remain in his residence.

Sleepy Eye Police

• Stopped a 29-year-old Springfield woman for speeding on U.S. Highway 14 and 280th Avenue, Prairieville Township, at 10:34 p.m. Sept. 24. The woman was cited for DWI and taken to jail. A report was sent to the Sleepy Eye City Attorney’s Office.

• Received a juvenile trouble report at 809 Maple St.S.W. at 10:50 p.m. Sept. 27. Police talked to a Sleepy Eye teen who didn’t want to come home after curfew.

Minnesota State Patrol

• Received a report of a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of U.S. Highway 14 and State Highway 60, Le Ray Township, Blue Earth County, at 7:18 p.m. Sunday. A 2010 Ford truck driven by Ricky L. Youngmark, 66, Cannon Falls, was turning north onto Highway 60 from the eastbound lane of Highway 14 when it collided with a 2017 Toyota Camry driven by Sarah J. Padgett, 36, Lake Crystal. Padgett was transported to Mayo Clinic Hospital, Mankato, with non-life threatening injuries. The Blue Earth Sheriff’s Office, Eagle Lake Police and Fire Departments assisted.

McLeod County Sheriff’s Office

• Responded to a complaint of trespassing near Page Avenue and 57th Street south of Brownton at 7:31 a.m. Sept. 26. A deputy talked to individuals who were hunting.

• Removed debris from the road near South and Grove Streets in Stewart at 11:49 p.m. Sept. 27.
