New Ulm Police
• A 47-year-old New Ulm man said he was assaulted by a 30-year-old New Ulm woman on the way to a New Ulm Medical Center appointment at 12:27 p.m. Friday. A report will be sent to the New Ulm City Attorney’s Office.
• Responded to a verbal domestic involving a New Ulm couple at 915 Jefferson St. N. at 8:15 a.m. Friday. A woman turned over contraband to police that she said to belonged to a man on probation. A report was sent to the Brown County Attorney’s Office.
• Responded to a disturbance in an apartment complex at 100 Minnesota St. S. at 10:29 a.m. Friday. New Ulm parties involved included a 21-year-old male, 54-year-old female and 22-year-old female. A report was sent to the New Ulm City Attorney’s Office.
Sleepy Eye Police
• Responded to a physical domestic all at 1:55 a.m. Friday at 315 Rice St. N.W. Two Sleepy Eye brothers fought, causing minor injuries. Nobody sought charges. Police returned to the residence Friday night to continue investigation.
• Responded to a verbal argument report at 12:21 p.m. Friday at 407 Water St. S.W. A report was sent to Brown County Family Services.
• Responded to a theft report at Casey’s General Store, 1101 Main St. E. at 2:44 p.m. Friday. A female put $22.18 worth of gas in an older, blue car, took a pizza slice and fled east on U.S. Highway 14.
McLeod County
Sheriff’s Office
• On June 4 at 5:31 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to a one vehicle accident in the area of Hwy 212 and CR 7, east of Stewart. The vehicle is a 2017 Ford F 150XLT, owned and driven by Bill Rider. There were no injuries. The vehicle was towed.
