Brown County Sheriff

On April 18, at approximately 16:24 p.m., the Brown County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint on the KC Road near New Ulm

Upon a deputy attempting to make contact with the driver, the driver fled the property in the vehicle, a pursuit was initiated and soon terminated. The deputy was able to maintain visual contact from a safe distance while driving at safe speeds. The driver continued on the KC road to a dead-end residence where he was then apprehended. Brown County Sheriff’s Office will be forwarding reports to the Brown County Attorney’s Office for review of formal charges. Assisting agencies included New Ulm Police Department.
