Sleepy Eye Police
• Responded to an harassment report including an Harassment Restraining Order violation at 3:33 p.m. Sunday on the 300 block of 4th Ave. S.E. Police continue to investigate.
New Ulm Police
• Responded to a DWI report at 16th South Street and State at 8:27 a.m. Sunday. A 37-year-old New Ulm man was found to be intoxicated and taken to the Brown County Jail.
• Responded to a complaint of a vehicle fish-tailing on N. German St. at 4:59 p.m. Sunday. A 20-year-old New Ulm man was stopped driving a pickup truck at 7th North and German. A report of driving after revocation and reckless driving will be sent to the Brown County Attorney’s Office for charge consideration.
• Served an arrest warrant on a 26-year-old Sleepy Eye man at 1513 N. Payne at 12:32 a.m. Monday. He was transported to the Brown County Jail. A report of a probation violation was sent to Brown County Probation.
McLeod County
Sheriff’s Office
• Responded to a one-vehicle rollover without injuries near CR 2 and 88th Street, south of Glencoe at 4:48 a.m. Friday. A 2006 Pontiac Torrent driven by Amanda Tupa, 36, Arlington, was found. Tupa wore a seat belt. Glencoe Firefighters and Allina Ambulance assisted.
• Responded to a driving complaint near U.S. Highway 212 and Babcock Avenue, southwest of Plato at 3:14 a.m. Sunday. A vehicle driven by Josiah Biwott, 42, Marshall, was arrested for probable cause DWI and transported to the McLeod County Jail.
