New Ulm Police

• Responded to a single-vehicle crash without reported injuries at Center and Jefferson Street at 12:22 a.m. Tuesday. A 2000 Chevy Impala driven by Jeremy J. Wirkus, 19, New Ulm, said he must have fallen asleep, hit the keep right sign on the media and ended up on the curb on the north side of Center, east of Jefferson Street. The sign was damaged and vehicle damage was minor.

• Received a vehicle vandalism report at 726 Jefferson St. S. at 5:33 p.m. Monday. A 2009 Ford pickup truck had scratches from the front door to the box. The damage estimated at $400, happened sometime between 5:30 p.m. Sunday and 4:45 a.m. Monday.

• Responded to a verbal domestic call at 615 German St. N. at 8:43 p.m. Monday. Nobody was hurt, no damage, no arrests. A report will be sent to the New Ulm City Attorney’s Office for charge consideration.

• Arrested and transported to jail a 26-year-old New Ulm man on a Department of Corrections probation violation warrant at the Brown County Probation Office at 2:08 p.m. Tuesday.

McLeod County

Sheriff’s Office

• Responded to a vehicle theft on Falcon Avenue north of Glencoe at 5:16 p.m. Monday. Jennifer Black, 56, Glencoe, was arrested on probable cause and transported to the McLeod County Jail in Glencoe. Winsted and Glencoe Police assisted.
