New Ulm Police

• Responded to a single-vehicle crash at 7:45 a.m. Tuesday at 1600 block of N. Franklin St. A 2007 Thomas school bus driven by Gwenice M. Christiansen, 61, New Ulm, was southbound on North Franklin St., braked for a car and a bus passenger stumbled forward, hitting the windshield, suffering minor injuries. The bus windshield was cracked.

• Responded to an harassment complaint from a woman on the 711 block of Jefferson St. S. at 8:58 a.m. Wednesday. The woman reported getting bullied in text messages by a 28-year-old New Ulm man who she said was also hanging her parent’s residence. A report was sent to the Committee Against Domestic Abuse (CADA), the woman was advised to get an Harassment Restraining Order (HRO) and an Order For Protection (OFP) and a report was sent to the Renville County Sheriff’s Office because the suspect is on probation in Renville County.

• Responded to a report of a court order violation on Martha Street in Stewart at 12:52 p.m. May 21. A deputy cleared with a report.
