New Ulm Police

• Received a disturbance report at 113 Valley St. S. at 5:13 p.m. Sunday. A 14-year-old boy was found driving a dirt bike in an alley as unsafe speeds and with a loud exhaust. Police received a number of similar complaints. A report will be sent to the Brown County Attorney’s Office for charge consideration.

Sibley County

Sheriff’s Office

• Received a one-vehicle crash report on the 35600 block of 200th Street, a mile south of Green Isle at 6:37 p.m. Saturday. A 2011 Nissa Versa driven by Jeffry T. Kinzer, 55, Green Isle, was westbound on 200th Street, lost control and went into a drainage ditch. Responding emergency personnel arrived on scene but did not locate a driver in the vehicle. Water rescue teams were called to search the ditch for the driver when a family member reported Kinzer returned home. Deputies went to his residence but he left prior to their arrival. The incident remains under investigation. Assisting agencies included Green Isle and Henderson Fire Departments, Arlington Police, Ambulance and the Nicollet County Sheriff’s Office.

State Patrol

• Received a one-vehicle crash report at U.S. Highway 14, west of Lyon Redwood Road, Springdale Township, Redwood County at 6:05 p.m. Sunday. A 2009 Buick Lucerne driven by Amanda J. Ochs, 31, Litchfield, went out of control and into the north ditch while eastbound on Highway 14. The vehicle hit a culvert, went airborne, landed on its roof. Ochs was transported to Tracy Hospital with believed to be non-life-threatening injuries. Tracy Ambulance and the Redwood and Lyon County Sheriff’s Offices assisted.

• Received a one-vehicle crash report on TH 68 at 227th Street, Cambria Township, Blue Earth County, at 11:48 a.m. Monday. A 2008 Cadillac Escalade driven by Thelma A. Ramos, 34, New Ulm, was eastbound on Highway 68 when she hit the road shoulder, lost control and entered a ditch. He was transported to Mayo Clinic Health Systems Mankato with non-life threatening injuries. Alcohol was not involved. Lake Crystal Fire and Ambulance, the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources and Department of Transportation (MnDOT) assisted.
