New Ulm Police

• Responded to a two-vehicle crash without injuries at Ninth North and State Street in snow covered icy conditions at 3:23 p.m. Wednesday. A 2013 Hyundai Sonata driven by Shamel Keturah Paris, 17, New Ulm, was eastbound on Ninth Street when it collided with a 2007 Ford Eagle driven by Emery Hagen, 29, who was southbound on State Street when the vehicles collided in the intersection. The drivers did not see each other. Damage was moderate to the front ends of the Hyundai and Ford.

• Responded to a two-vehicle crash with a possible injury at 17th South Street and Broadway in good road conditions at 3:25 p.m. Wednesday. A 2000 Oldsmobile driven by Brianna Fenske, 17, New Ulm, was northbound on Broadway when it collided with a 2006 Dodge vehicle driven by Molly Scheid, 17, New Ulm, who was attempting to turn left onto Broadway out of the McDonald’s parking lot. Scheid received a possible injury. The Olds received moderate damage to the right side while the Dodge sustained moderate front-end damage.

State Patrol

• Responded to a single-vehicle rollover on Highway 14 two miles west of Cobden near Burnstown Township at 10:37 a.m. Wednesday. A 2013 Chevrolet Sonic driven by Linda Smith, 69, Springfield, was eastbound on Highway 14 when the driver lost control on an icy spot and entered the south ditch where the vehicle rolled. Smith had a possible injury and was brought to New Ulm Medical Center.
