Evelyn Dolan reported driving north on Balsa Avenue, Springdale Township, Redwood County, when the 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix lost traction on the ice and gravel causing her vehicle to skid into the east side of the road and roll over in the snow covered ditch. Evelyn Dolan, 19, Jacquelyn Hoeft, 19, Ezekiel Dolan, 14, Camille Dolan, 14 and Margaret Dolan, 14, all exited the vehicle with no injuries. Severe damage to the vehicle was reported. The Tracy Fire Department, Tracy Ambulance service and Tracy Police Department assisted the Redwood County Sheriff’s Office at the scene.
