NEW ULM — The Willkommen Committee of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce stopped by the Subway at 1 S. Minnesota St. to meet the new manager, Colleen Vasquez.

Colleen has worked at Subway for about 8 months, and was promoted to manager on February 1st. She was born in Sioux Falls, but moved to New Ulm at the age of 3. She has two young children who keep her busy and lives downtown, which is convenient for work. There are 3 Subway locations in New Ulm. The downtown location has 5 experienced employees and is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
