NEW ULM — Adult, Child & Family Services, LLC (ACFS) has added Duane Winter to its team of counselors. ACFS has a team of qualified staff available to accommodate same day appointment requests, short wait times for follow up and evening appointments.

Winter’s experience includes being a business owner, New Ulm District 88 School Board chairman, counselor for the residential and outpatient drug court programs, as well as working with the drug court team to manage a multi-faceted program for high risk clients. Winter is a Mental Health Counseling graduate from Minnesota State University, Mankato and brings a wealth of knowledge to his new position. ACFS is a comprehensive mental health center and provides a continuum of care to those in need.
