NEW ULM — There are three new operations directors at MBW Company, Brandy Kuck, Ron Agler, and Tyler Berg, and the Willkommen Committee stopped by to meet and congratulate them!

Brandy Kuck, of Hanska, was promoted internally from manager to Operations Director. Brandy started working at MBW at age 16. She also worked at MRCI for a while, and has been back at MBW for the past 12 years. Brandy oversees the Bird Island assisted living facility and MBW’s quality assurance programs.

Ron Agler was hired externally as Operations Director one month ago. Ron is a Delano native and has worked in the field for the past 10 years. He was most recently working out of Mankato, and he lives in Waseca with his wife and 3 kids. Ron oversees residential services to homes in New Ulm and Sleepy Eye.

Tyler Berg was unable to attend the Willkommen Call. Tyler was hired externally as Operations Director one month ago. Tyler is a native of Sanborn, Minnesota. He has worked in the field for the past 11 years and was previously employed in the Mankato area. He currently lives in New Ulm with his wife and 2 children. Tyler oversees non-residential services across Southern Minnesota.

MBW, which is an employee owned company, employs 200 people in the New Ulm area and offers services to 100+ people. President & CEO Ric Nelson said that New Ulm and Brown County are lucky that we have so many support services in our area so that loved ones can stay close to home.
