Following Monday night’s power outage in New Ulm, the cast and crew of the upcoming production of Mary Poppins at State Street Theater Co. chose to continue their rehearsal outside in the parking lot. Staying true to the mantras “the show must go on” and “all the world’s a stage”, the cast members enacted an impromptu performance of Act I of the show while sitting on blankets and lawn chairs. Show dates are July 26, 27, and 28 at 7 pm, and July 29 at 2 pm. More info at statestreetnewulm.org.
