Breakfast with Santa

NEW ULM — The Sertoma Club of New Ulm will host Breakfast with Santa , 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 12, in the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity, Leifeld Hall, to benefit Santa’s Closet.

Tickets are available at the New Ulm Chamber of Commerce and from Sertoma Club members. Cost is $6 in advance, $7.50 at the door and $3 for Children 10 and under.

The Menu includes pancakes, sausages and apple sauce.

Santa’s Closet provides Christmas gifts for children from families in need who might not otherwise have a merry Christmas.

Cathedral Harvest Fest Friday

NEW ULM — Bring the whole family to Harvest Fest on Friday, Nove. 3, in Leifeld Hall the lower level of Cathedral Parish.

Adult Bingo, Children’s Bingo, a Sheephead tournament and a cash raffle will be offered. Dessert and beverages will be served following bingo. The doors open at 6:30 p.m.. and play begins at 7 p.m. Please call the Parish Office at 354-4158 to reserve a spot at a Sheephead table.

Cathedral Luncheon and Bazaar

NEW ULM — Luncheon & Bazaar Sunday, Nov. 5, in Leifeld Hall the lower level of Cathedral Parish. Serving landjaegers, german potato salad, beans, dessert and beverage from 10 a.m.. to 12:30 p.m. A hot dog & chips plate will also be available. Take a chance on handmade raffle items or bring home a treat from the bake sale.

Courtland Lions Breakfast

COURTLAND — The Courtland Lions will be hosting its annual fall Pancake, Egg, and Sausage breakfast on Sunday, Nov. 5, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The event is held at the Courtland Community Center at 300 Railroad Street in Courtland, MN. The meal includes coffee, juice, applesauce, and salsa, as well as the pancakes, eggs, and sausage.

Cost is $8 per adult; $5 for children 5 to 12; Free for children under the age of 5.

The Lions will be collecting used eye glasses and hearing aids at this event.

Gnomemade Market this weekend

NEW ULM — Come to New Ulm and Shop with Your Gnomies! The 33rd Anniversary of the GnomeMade Artisan Market will open at limited locations on Thursday, Nov. 2 from 5 pm to 7 p.m. Regular market hours will be held on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 3 & 4 from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 5 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The free event celebrates over three decades of success by featuring the art and craft of local makers. Holiday Art Sale

NEW ULM — A one time only Holiday Art Sale will be held on Saturday, Nov. 11 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the New Ulm Event Center. Six area artists will offer their art for sale at 20 percent to 50 percent discounted prices. Artists include Pam Bidelman, Lisa Bierer, Peggy Draheim, Marjie Laizure, Margie Larson and Joel Moline.

Come to the side door at the event center.
