Washington to kindergarten registration

NEW ULM — Washington Learning Center will hold its kindergarten registration/open house from 4:30 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 9, at the Washington Learning Center, 910 14th St. N. Please use entry door 1.

Prairie Piecemakers Quilt Guild to meet

NEW ULM — Prairie Piecemakers Quilt Guild will hold its next meeting at 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 9, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in New Ulm. Featured speaker will be Stacey West of Moundsview. During the day, a class on wool applique will be held. If you are interested in participating in the class, please e-mail nuprairiepiecemakers@yahoo.com.
