Cathedral’s king and queen
New Ulm – Cathedral High School kicked off homecoming with a parade on Friday.
The parade traveled from the high school, along 6 N. St., between the high school and St. Anthony Elementary, then traversed downtown Minnesota St.
The parade was led by the Greyhound marching band, followed by general floats, students on an old firetruck, along with homecoming royalty, King and Queen Jake Finstad and Jaylin Hartness making their entrance on the back of a sports car.
Later in the evening, The Cathedral Greyhounds would host their homecoming game against GHEC at 7 p.m., followed by the homecoming dance on Saturday.
