NEW ULM — The next meeting of the NU Garden Club will be on Wednesday, Feb. 2nd at the NU airport meeting room. Guest speakers will be Bil and Alise Torgusen from Under the Sun Herbs. Along with growing a huge variety of herbs to make teas and herbal blends, they also are into various fruit trees, making their own maple syrup and more. They utilize regenerative ag practices to build up the soil nutrients to create a healthy ecosystem along with natural pest control in pollinator gardens.
