United Way of Brown County moves to new location in New Ulm

NEW ULM — The United Way of the Brown County Area’s office has moved. Its new office space is at the New Ulm Event Center office complex located at 301 20th Street South. To access the office, guests can use the side entrance marked BUSINESS ENTRANCE with the United Way logo on the door.

United Way is located on the second level in Suite #7. The United Way’s mailing address is still PO BOX 476. People may also call 507-354-6512 or email at UnitedWay@newulmtel.net.

The United Way’s newest in-house program, Project Lunchbox, is also housed at the New Ulm Event Center in the warehouse portion of the building. Project Lunchbox is a weekend food program for kids in the New Ulm School District and delivers around 100 to 175 meals to food insecure kids each week during the school year.

“Having the United Way’s office housed in the same building as our biggest program, Project Lunchbox, made the move a good choice and just made sense,” said Lori Pickell-Stangel, United Way Executive Director.
