MANKATO — The Minnesota Department of Transportation reported State Highway 19 between Winthrop and Gaylord opened to traffic at about 5:30 a.m. Monday, July 27.

The highway had been closed due to flooding from Saturday’s very heavy rain. State Highway 93 south of Henderson to U.S. Highway 169 remains closed until further notice due to flooding on the Rush River. Motorists can use Highway 19 to access Henderson from Highway 169.
