Teachers, paras, secretaries and staff from Jefferson Elementary lined up for a parent parade Monday.

Jefferson staff held up signs of encouragement and thanks to parents for their help over the last few weeks. It was also a chance for students to see their teachers again.

The parade started at 5:30 p.m. and in a short time the line of cars was backed up to Center Street with families hoping to see the educators at Jefferson again.
