Dan Kotten (right), Scoutmaster of Troop 25 New Ulm, sponsored by the Optimist Club ,was recently selected Scoutmaster of the Year from Twin Valley Council. Troop 25 is the largest Troop in southern Minnesota with 53 boys. Pictured with Dan is Ray Brauer, Twin Valley Council Executive.
