SLEEPY EYE — The Sleepy Eye City Council will consider appointing Kelli Truver’s as city manager and approving her contract and effective date on Tuesday, Feb. 12.

The city council will also consider a recommended five percent sewer rate hike, a new park tractor, the 2020 Street & Utility project, 12th Avenue Southeast project bids and a possible airport lighting project.

The meeting begins at 7 p.m. in the council chambers.
