ST. PETER — The Nicollet County Board of Commissioners unanimously elected Commissioner Denny Kemp 2019 board chairman Jan. 8.

Commissioner John Luepke unanimously elected vice chairman. Oaths of office were administered to Commissioners Terry Morrow and Jack Kolars, County Attorney Michelle Zehnder Fischer, County Sheriff David Lange and County Recorder Kathy Conlon.

Commissioners approved appointing Gerald Dotson as Nicollet County Assistant Veterans Service Officer as of Jan.
