Dist. 84 to hear of FFA nationals, long-term maintenance plan
SLEEPY EYE — The District 84 Board of Education will hear Future Farmers of America (FFA) National Convention and a long-term maintenance plan at its Nov. 14 meeting.
Mary Hoffmann, FFA Advisor and students will present the report. Consultant Tim Harbo will talk about long-term maintenance. The board will consider a 10-year facility maintenance plan for fiscal year 2018-2028 and a long-term facility maintenance projected revenue for fiscal year 2019-2028.
Other agenda items include hiring Courtney Mickelson as head track coach and Nate McMullen, Heidi McCone and Mike Freitag as assistant track coaches. The abstract of votes cast Nov. 6 will also be presented for consideration.
The meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. in the district conference room.
