Police looking for tips on arson in Olivia

OLIVIA — On Sept. 21, at approximately 2:09 p.m., the Olivia Police and Fire Departments were called to a fire that had previously occurred in a camper, located in the 2700 block of Lincoln Avenue West. The camper sustained significant fire damage to the interior. Officials determined that the fire was intentionally set sometime during the week. The Olivia Police and Fire Departments, Renville County Sheriff’s Office, and the State Fire Marshal continue to investigate and are asking for the public’s help with any information about the fire. A reward is being offered for information leading to the identification of the person/s responsible.
