On Tuesday, May 15, the Bridging Brown County Leadership Group celebrated their accomplishments and completion of their nine-month leadership training. The 17 participants from this year’s program spent one day each month touring the county, learning new skills and meeting new people. Seven of the sessions included training delivered by staff from the University of Minnesota Extension’s Center for Community Vitality. Participants also had the opportunity to get behind closed doors and tour business and government facilities throughout the county.
