FireHouse to perform at Brown County fair

National recording artists Fire House have been signed to perform at the Brown County Fair this summer.

NEW ULM — The Brown County Free Fair has announced national recording artists FireHouse will perform a concert at a Grandstand show on Thursday, Aug. 9 at 7:30 p.m. The opening band will be Them Pesky Kids.

FireHouse is on its 27th Anniversary tour. The group includes CJ Snare (vocals, keys), Bill Leverty (guitar), Allen McKenzie (bass), and Michael Foster (drums).

The group is best known for its 90’s hits “Love of a Lifetime,” “Don’t Treat Me Bad,” “I Live My Life For You,” “Reach For The Sky,” “When I Look (into your eyes),” and “All She Wrote.”

FireHouse has: over seven million sales Worldwide; and boasts 16 Gold and Platinum records worldwide. Its first LP went Double Platinum (Billboard). It has two Top 10 hits and four Top 40 Hits on the Billboard charts. It was a1991 American Music Award Recipients for Best New Artist Heavy Metal/Hard Rock.
