KNUJ hosted the annual Farm-City Day Breakfast along with the Brown County Pork Producers, Brown County Farm Bureau, New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce and New Um Farm-City Hub Club, whose members (above) cooked and served the meal at the Youth Coliseum. The Farm-City Day breakfast has been an annual tradition for over a decade. KNUJ General Manager Jim Bartels said the idea for the breakfast came from their sister station in Hutchinson. The free breakfast is way to honor the local farmers as harvest time nears an end.
