NEW ULM — First Choice Pregnancy Services will hold its annual “Hero For Life” banquet on Tuesday, Sept. 19 at 5:30 p.m. at the New Ulm Event Center

Keynote speaker will be Gianna Jessen.

Gianna Jessen was intended to die before she was born; her mother had a saline solution abortion. However, Gianna overcame to enter the world; two months premature and weighing just two and a half pounds. The failed abortion provided Gianna with the “gift” of cerebral palsy, as she calls it: “It allows me to really depend on Jesus for everything.” It also labeled her a hopeless case. Gianna’s life and her story didn’t begin and end at her birth…. there is so much more to tell.
